JAKARTA – coal trading company, PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (Persero), has acquired 30 percent stake in PT Mitratama Perkasa. The share purchase agreement contained in the sale and purchase of shares of the company which has been signed by PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI).
Bumi Resources is the owner of 30 percent of the shares. With the transfer of these shares, automatic Bumi Resources, the coal mining companies authorized, remove the entire shareholding in Mighty Mitratama.
“We have signed a purchase agreement for a 30 percent stake in Bumi Resources Mitratama as Perkasa with the seller,” said Ashok Kotamraj, President of Mainstay Energy Sources, in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (25/8).
With the signing of the agreement, the transfer of ownership of a 30 percent stake in Mighty Mitratama be effective.
Mainstay Energy is a resource company engaged in the coal trade. Previously, the company operated the business of making gold jewelry in Surabaya.
