President Commissioner, Indian Citizen, born on 31st January 1961 in India. Obtained a Masters Degree in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi and has 31 (thirty one) years of senior management positions across India and Singapore. He has worked in diversified industries and enterprises, including a stint with the Singapore civil service as a Director with International Enterprise Singapore.

He is specialized in International Business, and has an experience that covers 40 countries in the developed and emerging markets. He is currently Resident Director of Tata Sons Limited for ASEAN based in Singapore and is Managing Director of Trust Energy Resources Pte Ltd, a Tata Power subsidiary that manages the fuel supply chain and shipping.
