Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct regulates ethical values policy that becomes the behavioral reference for the entire Company personnel, both for internal and external relations, to realize the Company as one of the most respected, honored, and leading companies in the mining and energy business world.

The Company always regularly campaigns the Code of Conduct through the following:

1. Regular general meetings.
2. Knowledge sharing and discussion forums.
3. Company website.
4. Social media groups and social media accounts on behalf of the Company.

Management strictly applies the Company’s Code of Conduct to the entire employees without exception and provides sanctions for violations of the Company’s Code of Conduct based on applicable laws and regulations. In 2021, there were no complaints regarding violations of the Company’s Code of Conduct.
